Course Outline

This course is designed for students who have finished Spanish Travellers Stage 1 or equivalent and wish to improve their conversational skills and fluency in the language. Culture, conversation and grammar will be covered in a social and stimulating environment. Expand your ability to deal with everyday situations (talking about family, sport, holidays and much more).

This course also will place more of an emphasis on pronunciation and intonation and will assist the student in making their trip to Spain or South America, be it for work or leisure purposes, much more engaging and exciting.

For Ariana Lancey's class at Brookvale, Ariana refers to her class notes, so a textbook is not essential. However she does recommend Suenos World Spanish 1 Coursebook (New Edition Approx $60) available from bookdepository online or local bookstores such as Abbeys or Dymocks, for those who wish to practice at home.
