Pilates For The Over 50s

Course Outline

Mat Pilates is a whole body conditioning workout. Classes focus on improving strength, stability, mobility and flexibility while using breathing awareness. Pilates is a great way to lengthen, strengthen and tone the body from the inside out. Classes are suitable for all levels, with a special focus on technique to ensure a safe and effective workout. We will focus on different body parts each week as well as some
general foundational exercises.

Please bring

  • A mat and towel.

About the Tutors

Natalie Fraser

Natalie has 16+ years experience in the fitness industry as well as a lifetime in team and individual sports. A passionate personal trainer with a keen focus on Pilates and Yoga. Natalie has been running her own personal training business for 16+ years training clients either individually or in groups, in parks, gyms, online or in their home. She loves training clients and connecting with them to help them achieve their health and fitness goals, focusing on functional training with an emphasis on stability, balance and core strength.
