Course Outline

This course is a continuation of Nicole Laugiers Beginners Stage 4 class. For students who have previously studied the French language at beginners level over 3 or 4 previous terms.. Students are familiar with the main tenses (présent, futur proche, passé composé and imparfait). General grammar points (reflexive verbs, pronoms toniques, expressions de temps, negations, comparative structure) have been addressed. In this course, we will continue to build up all aspects of the language in a step by step manner along with constant revisions throughout the Term. Revisions are the key. Also, students will be encouraged to participate in class and should be able to connect phrases in a simple way on familiar topics and short social exchanges. Active participation is required.
