The past three years have been tough - the isolation, conflicting messages and uncertainty, have all had a major impact on our nervous systems and on our emotional and mental wellbeing.

* Creating your Wellbeing Toolbox
* Deciding to get help, where to get help

About the Tutor:

Rosanna Commisso:

Through her 30+ years of working in both the traditional and natural health sectors, and her experience presenting workshops in hospitals, schools, the corporate sector and the community, Rosanna offers a wealth of experience. She is passionate about empowering and inspiring individuals to take responsibility for their health, and live their best life possible.

She is also the Founder of ‘Healing Food Coach’. Through the personalised in-home Pantry Upgrade Program, One-on-One Emotional Eating Coaching and group healthy eating workshops, women are supported to develop a healthier relationship with food, their emotions & their body, thereby stopping the cycle of emotional eating.
