Course testimonials:
- Margaret was very able to continue our course with zoom and I enjoyed the term very much even though we were not able to meet f2f during this time of covid
- This is a Top group where the continued renewal of the membership speaks for itself. A highlight of the week! Margaret is a gifted facilitator and friend to everyone.
- Both books were good. "Sacred Scriptures" was amazing and "Nothing to See Here" an easier read to follow. Our Zoom experience is improving with practice. I enjoyed it as always. Thank you.
- I have been in this group for years and will continue to participate. Margaret Baird is excellent. All opinions are respected. I look forward to enrolling as soon as possible.
- Margaret is a warm and engaging person and skilled in leading this group and encouraging in-depth discussion and the bringing to light each person's thoughts on the subject book. The group as a whole is friendly and welcoming.
- Getting together with the class and discussing books! Even if it was virtually. The Zoom experience was better than I had imagined it would be.
- Margaret is an excellent facilitator who is passionate about the books we read.
- I value the opportunity to connect with friends I have made in this group. Margaret chooses interesting books which encourage much discussion.
- I have been attending Reading for Pleasure for some years and I have always looked forward to joining the group each term. Margaret has done an excellent job of coordinating our group and is considerate and inclusive of all our members.
- I have enjoyed reading the different books selected by Margaret which I probably would not have chosen myself. This has broadened my reading base and enjoyment of reading enormously. Margaret is a great teacher/leader as is shown by the fact our class is consistently full!!
