Tech Savvy Seniors: Introduction to Cyber Safety-How to stay safe online
How you can protect yourself when online. How to identify which of those annoying phone calls and emails are a scam! This one session course will provide lots of useful tips to keep you safe. This class will be offered as a face to face class or alternatively you can choose the option to conduct this session via Zoom.
Tech Savvy Senior Funding Eligibility
Eligibility for a position includes:
- Being an Australian citizen/permanent resident
- Aged 60+
It will be a requirement of the funding to provide evidence of eligibility to your trainer on the first session of class. If you are unable to do this, you will not be allowed to participate in the class. Please bring with you to the first session your:
- Photo identification (passport, driver’s licence)
- Medicare card
- Pension Card or NSW Seniors Card
This training is subsidised through a partnership between the NSW Government and Telstra.
How to Enrol
You can enrol online and over the phone using a credit card or come to our North Narrabeen Campus at 1525 Pittwater Road, North Narrabeen and enrol in person. Please remember to use the Northern Car Park only.
