Building on the foundations covered in AI Essentials for Your Business, this course focuses on how AI can be embedded into everyday operations through automation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and smart tool integration.
Participants learn how to design AI workflows that connect multiple tools together—such as large language models, document systems, video tools, and scheduling platforms so tasks don’t have to be recreated from scratch each time. The emphasis is on practical systems that can be reused, refined, and safely scaled.
This course is ideal for small business owners, managers, coordinators, and professionals who already use AI and want to work smarter at scale, while maintaining control, accountability, and ethical practice.
