Basic Pattern Making

Students will draft and make a basic straight skirt with zip and waist band pattern to their exact measurements. This pattern will be then used to make the skirt in fabric of the students choice. A further draft will be made using their base skirt pattern to design a skirt of their choice. Students must have a basic sewing knowledge, not recommended for beginner. Reqirements: Long ruler (40cm Minimum) Tape Measure Paper scissors Fabric scissors 2 meters vylene (for tracing) Fabric to make 2 skirts 1.2 -1.5 Meters for each Pencil will be provided Pen will be provided Drafting Brown paper will be provided
