Jennifer Rosnell is an emerging Australian artist. Living and working in Collaroy on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, she has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of New South Wales.

With a professional background in graphic design and teaching drawing, she is a three time finalist with the National Portia Geach Memorial Portrait prize in 2020, 2021 and 2023. A finalist in prizes such as the Percival Portrait Prize, The National Emerging Art Prize ACB Selects, The Little Things Art Prize and the Mosman Art Prize 2022. Her practice is based on years of life drawing sessions at Julian Ashton Art School in the Rocks and Manly Art Gallery and Museum in Sydney.

Her current focus is on her oil portrait paintings, sunbather’s, ferries and fish market series.
