Kombucha Workshop overview

In this hands-on Kombucha-making workshop, participants will explore the basics of brewing this refreshing, fermented tea from an experienced brewer and Kombucha artisan.

We’ll cover the essential ingredients—tea, sugar, and SCOBY—and discuss the fermentation process. Learn how to properly brew, ferment, and bottle your Kombucha, including flavoring techniques and troubleshooting tips for common issues. Participants will also discover the health benefits of Kombucha, such as improved digestion and immune support. By the end of the class, everyone will have the knowledge and confidence to brew their own Kombucha at home, along with a starter SCOBY to begin their brewing journey.

Please Bring

  • Students should bring a clean jar 500g or more to class to take home their Kombucha starter
