AI Essentials For Your Business overview

AI Essentials for Your Business focuses on the everyday, practical ways AI can support work and business tasks, not abstract concepts or technical development. This course shows participants how AI can be used as a productivity partner to save time, improve clarity, and reduce repetitive work. The emphasis is on real-world applications that participants can immediately apply in their own business, workplace, or organisation.

Participants explore how AI can assist with:

  • Writing and responding to emails
  • Drafting proposals, reports, and meeting minutes
  • Creating job advertisements and position descriptions
  • Developing basic workplace policies and procedures
  • Improving clarity, tone, and structure in written communication

The course also addresses responsible and ethical use of AI, including what information should (and should not) be shared, how to check AI-generated content, and how to maintain human judgement and accountability.
