We welcome all adults to our wonderful Adult Contemporary Dance classes! We have classes for the Beginner to Intermediate level student and for the Advanced level student
There are various established techniques of Contemporary dance but at VLDA we teach an amalgamation of all these and much more. Our talented and qualified teachers give our students a ‘voice’ for self-expression through exciting Contemporary dance movement. Our students explore the many and varied ways one can move.
There is the opportunity for all our Adult Contemporary Dance students to perform in a wonderful Adult Contemporary Dance routine in our spectacular end of year annual production at Glen Street Theatre in Belrose, if they wish! This year our VLDA end of year production is at Glen Street Theatre on Sun 2 Nov 2025
This course is delivered once a week for 10 weeks.
