Our Virtual Classrooms are run on either Microsoft Teams or Zoom. Both are very easy to use conferencing software that enable you to connect with multiple people at the same time. You will be able to see and hear your trainer and fellow classmates and discuss and ask questions all from your device, in the comfort of your home.
To participate in training via Virtual Classroom, please check you can meet the pre-requisites below:
*Laptop computers usually include a webcam and microphone built into the top of the screen frame. Smartphones and iPad/tablets also contain cameras and microphones.

This is the second in our video series to assist our NBMC students in the transition to virtual classrooms. This video demonstrates how you can switch applications while using Zoom, use two screens or split your computer screen if you are attending one of our computer / software application courses.
