Course testimonials:
- The Zoom classes worked well during the covid lockdown and socially isolating restrictions. They were very efficiently planned and run. I am, however, looking forward to the face to face classes next term in that there is a "vibe" in the group situation.
- I found that doing the yoga class increased my core strength, balance and flexibility. It was much better than I thought it would be.
- I love this course because it works well with anyone in my age group, incorporates beneficial stretches and postures, combines breathing with the yoga movements, relaxation at the end of the evening. The session is paced well enough that one feels like you have been pushed, but never over-demanding. Vikki is a great instructor and works well with individual needs.
- Vicky's classes are always well structured and enjoyable. She creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the class. She allows us to tailor the postures by telling us how to make them easier or more difficult. It amazes me that, even though I've done yoga with her and other instructors for years, almost every lesson she has us doing a posture which I can't remember ever doing before.
- Bernie is the BEST yoga teacher I have ever had. I have been with her three years now and I'm not going anywhere. The Waringah Bowls Club is a lovely venue for yoga - airy big room, carpeted floor, heated in winter and airconditioned in summer. Parking. What more do you need?
- Excellent individual attention: classes and exercises were differentiated for each individual student according to their needs and abilities.
- I enjoyed feeling good at the end of the 90 minutes
- Bernie is lovely - the classes change each week, they are interesting and varied and she is also so nice and helpful.
- Vicky’s a wonderful teacher and I really value her classes.
- I think it is a great class. The 8.30am time slot suits me perfectly. Bernie is a really great yoga teacher - through attendance at her classes (2 per week) I have improved my posture and strength and, gradually, I am getting better at balance. I am delighted with the class.
