Course testimonials:

  • Great teacher and friendly class
  • I think this is an excellent Yoga class. the teacher is clear with her instructions, very reliable, and personable and gives individual help and advice when necessary.
  • These Yoga classes are excellent therapy and exercise that can be done at your own pace and according to your own needs and capabilities. The teacher, Bernadette, plans the lessons well and is very helpful and mindful of the individuals and their needs or limitations.
  • The trainer, Bernie. That's why I keep on attending - although now we are doing classes via Zoom - and that works well.
  • I enjoyed feeling good at the end of the 90 minutes
  • Excellent individual attention: classes and exercises were differentiated for each individual student according to their needs and abilities.
  • This is a very enjoyable and well-taught and conducted class
  • I really enjoy this Yoga class. Bernadette plans and carries out the class in caring and professional way. The venue is spacious, user-friendly and fit for purpose.
  • Vicky’s a wonderful teacher and I really value her classes.
  • Vicky's classes are always well structured and enjoyable. She creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the class. She allows us to tailor the postures by telling us how to make them easier or more difficult. It amazes me that, even though I've done yoga with her and other instructors for years, almost every lesson she has us doing a posture which I can't remember ever doing before.
