Tai Chi

Revitalise yourself with this easy and greatly beneficial exercise class. Tai Chi Chuan uses energy (chi) instead of muscular strength. This practice brings about a new balance of energy in the body, relieving stress.

About the Tutor

Rod has been involved in health-care management and education for over 35 years. He has been an executive administrator for a medical rehabilitation centre and has designed and delivered stress-management and meditation seminars for companies such as the Commonwealth Bank and Trowbridge Consulting.

Rod has taught meditation and Tai Chi workshops for Into The Blue creative walks, has been a teacher for Nature Care College of Natural Therapies in Sydney and has developed and presented relaxation and meditation programs for Qantas and Malaysian airlines.
In addition Rod established Working Balance in 2010, after 25+ years of experience in health care and education leadership roles. He delivers effective mindfulness-meditation services and strategies which enhances people’s approach to their work and organisation performance.
