Course Outline
Mat Pilates is a whole body conditioning workout. Classes focus on improving strength, stability, mobility and flexibility. A great way to lengthen, strengthen and tone the body from the inside out. Classes are suitable for all levels, with a special focus on technique to ensure a safe and effective workout. Small props are often used to assist, challenge and add variety. Classes are designed to constantly evolve, so no two are ever the same.
Please bring
- A mat and towel.
About the Tutors
Leanne Mackay
With 6+ years experience teaching Pilates has a professional and personal passion for Pilates supported by the Polestar Pilates Mat qualification. Also as a qualified tap dancing teacher and gym enthusiast providing a blend of all these disciplines continue to foster her love for movement, dance and health.
