Gmail for Beginners (Seniors)
Gmail is a free web-based email service from Google. The name Gmail stands for Google Mail! It’s become one of the most used email services in the world, and it’s one of the easiest to master.
With Gmail, you get lots of storage to save emails and communicate with people. It’s simple, free, and a fantastic way to stay in touch with your loved ones. This class is aimed at helping Seniors to get the most out of their Gmail account. Some familiarity with computers is required.
Please note that you must have set up your Gmail account before class and have access to it during class time. You will use the NBMC Desktop computers to access your Gmail account during class time. Topics may include

Opening and responding to emails
Deleting and recovering deleted emails
Understanding folders
Using the search function
