Active listening is a basic communication skill that involves going beyond hearing the words that a person speaks, to seeking to understand the meaning behind them.
Workshop Outcomes
By the end of the training workshop, participants will be able to understand their listening strengths and learn how to utilise effective techniques and tools to create better listening habits to build positive relationships at home and in the work place.
