Amber Subaki is an artist, illustrator and cake decorator. With over 10 years of experience working in the disability sector, including 5 years teaching art, Amber has a nurturing and inclusive teaching style.
She has a Diploma of Fine Arts from TAFE and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from UNSW.
Amber’s passion for cake decorating began 12 years ago when she became a mother. As an artist working in the fine detail of ink illustration, cake decorating was a natural transition to a fun hobby and side business.
Amber finds teaching cake decorating to be a rewarding experience as it “gives people the confidence to create their own masterpieces at home with minimal equipment”.
