There are two different types of workshops depending on where you are in your career journey.

Workshop 1 – finding YOUR why – Start The Conversation With Pauline Mueller

Join Pauline for an hour to begin exploring your ideas of how you can recognise your interests and passion to begin a pathway for employment and study. Notice repeating themes in your life, look for topics you always return to, roles you naturally take eg teacher, fixer, creator, or supporter YOUR “why” can evolve, YOUR “why” often shows up in moments when time seemed to disappear.

Workshop 2 – Work Transition / Exploring Career Options

A work transition or career change is less about “starting over “ and more about realigning your skills, values, and energy with where you want your life to go next.

An hour with Pauline will guide you to –

• Recognising your transferable skills
• Strength’s others rely on you for
• Tasks that give you energy vs drain you
