Yoga Workshop: Balance

Balance poses are fantastic for our wellbeing physically and mentally. Not only do they strengthen, tone and stabilise the body but they also help to balance the mind and the nervous system, as well as reducing tension and stress. They build stamina and confidence, helping us to concentrate and still the mind. Most of all they are exuberant and fun!
Come along to this two-hour workshop and learn how to stand on one leg with ease and confidence. Using props such as blocks, straps and the wall we will explore balance poses gently, learning how to use our feet and ankles and how to trust our bodies to develop focus and balance. Learn to be fearless and confident about your body!

Please bring a mat and towel.
