Yoga Workshop: Neck and Shoulders

Modern-day living does very few favours to our neck and shoulders. Driving and hunching over a computer can create tension and problems. As a result, we end up round-shouldered, with a shortened neck, headaches and poor posture, often with shallow breathing and a dulled view of life.
In this workshop we will work with small props to help to relieve tension and regain some flexibility and ease in the neck and shoulders.
Some yoga experience is essential.

Please bring a mat and towel.

About the tutor

Vicky Fisher has been practising yoga for over 20 years, initially studying Iyengar yoga in London.
She then trained in Sydney to teach Hatha yoga, which she has taught since 2005. Vicky strongly believes that yoga can transform lives. Vicky Fisher has been working in publishing as an editor and proof-reader for more than 30 years.
