The Future of Work: Know your Natural Intuitive Job Skills

Course Outline

This course is a a new method of working with Emotional Intelligence and Intuitive Quotients, in order to assess different peoples' hidden needs for successful personal leadership, talent managment and co-creating teams, in other words to get along better with others. These have been distilled into nine human essences if you will.

The Nine Human Essences will help you to integrate the four quotients Mental(IQ)Emotional(EQ),Physical(PQ) and Intuitive(InQ) Drilling down we learn to assess people’s abilities, talents, qualities and needs. Following on from that, we will identify and assess personal needs, on a deeper level and finally align your business Core Values with personal values and behaviours. This method allows you to develop your Intuitive Quotient(InQ) for personal success, as EQ and InQ are the WOW factors which translate to personal and business success.

These Nine Human Essences include the Integrator: Catalyst; Overseer; Constructor; Organiser; Caregiver; Visionary; Manager and finally the Educator.

The book "The Nine Human Essences for your Business Success"by Dean Collier on which this course is based is included in the course.
