Photoshop CC Level 1

ICPDMT3220 Edit Digital Images

Photoshop is an image-editing application that is used for screen-based images on computers, mobile devices and the internet, and for printed photographs, artwork or commercial production. As an industry standard it is a valuable addition to an employee’s skill set, applicable to almost every industry as companies expand their online presence. For personal use Photoshop enables you to perform basic through to more complex manipulations to your photographs - whether it’s to email to friends and family, post on social media or to print and frame.

Photoshop Creative Cloud is designed to enable students to immediately start using Photoshop, growing in scope over the seven weeks. The course manual covers Photoshop fundamentals in detail and additional class tutorials provide further opportunities to put new skills into practice. Students are also encouraged to bring in their own photographs or projects to discuss how to work with them.

This course is suitable for beginners and for those who currently use the program at a basic level. The comprehensive overview is sure to expand your knowledge, reveal new aspects and establish good working habits and time-saving short cuts.
