Just in Time

Course Outline

Time Management in a busy world. Are you the one who is always running late? Are you often apologising: “…the kids”, "…the traffic. Do you feel like it’s impossible, there’s just not enough time? Is this causing you grief and frustrating those around you?

We will cover:
*the surprising value of one minute
*how to make progress on the big things while still having time for the small stuff
*the concept of spare time and our calendars
*inhabiting our worst lateness
*finding a fix
*tie it down before you wrap it up
*rewrite our paradigm
