• People who are already working as sales representatives, but are seeking to improve their business or communication skills.
• Sales representatives who do not receive proper training from their current companies or want to understand the professional activities of an effective sales representative.
• Any sales rep who may visit brick & mortar retail stores, to promote or sell their products ie clothes, gifts, electrical products, car accessories, etc.

About the Tutor

My name is Jason Oh and I have spent the past 10 years as a sales representative, account manager and a national account manager working for major organisations as Panasonic, Sharp, Toshiba & Hitachi in Australia. During that time I have developed my skills by attending training courses & practising and implementing the most efficient & effective strategies when visiting retail stores or their head offices. I have also provided product, merchandising & sales training programs to the large retail stores of Harvey Norman, The Good Guys, JB HIFI, Myer & Bing Lee. I am also a guest presenter of Philips & Hitachi TVs on TVSN and have been working with TVSN for more than 4 years now. In my spare time I coach volleyball and soccer at High School level.
