Over the years, she has pulled together the latest research from neuroscience, psychology, anatomy, nutrition and medicine to develop a robust understanding of why we cheat when we eat. Classes include self-assessment questionnaires, interactive exercises, mindful eating, tips and secrets to sustainable healthy patterns that don’t require willpower to stick to them.
